Online orders for OCID water may be submitted as follows:
- On Tuesday for delivery starting Wednesday
Tuesday orders can run for 2, 5, or 7 days.
- On Thursday for delivery starting Friday
Thursday orders can run for 3, 5, or 7 days.
- On Friday for delivery starting Monday
Friday orders can run for 2, 4, or 7 days.
Online orders submitted at times other than those listed above will not be accepted. Water ordered online must be for delivery starting the day after the placement of this order. Any orders submitted on Thursday for delivery starting on Friday must be for three days. Minimum volume and order duration is .25 cfs / day for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 days.
Immediately after you submit your online order, you will receive an auto generated copy of the order information that you submitted to the email address that you provided in the order form.
Water ordered using the online form below can only be submitted every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
If you use the online order form, you cannot submit a duplicate email or telephone order.
If you need to cancel or modify your online order, you may only do so by calling 970-835-3168 during the days and times set for phone orders.
Immediately upon submitting your order within a few minutes of your submission you should receive an acknowledgement of electronic receipt of your order by two separate ways:
- You should receive an on screen message of "New Submission added to Water Order Request" and
- An email response to your order summarizing the order that you submitted.
